WASABI BOY 
Inspired by novella and movie "Death in Venice" - portraying an infatuation by protagonist that against his self-consciousness, morality and societal norms. Yearning for love and beauty, he refrained from acting on his feelings and restricted admiration in distance.

 

Translating infatuation, enthusiasm and pain as elements of Wasabi - it's stinger of his taste buds, spice and sweetness, cruel but to remain pure. Did he pour a tear because of the condiment flavour?​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
