LUNG DIM SUM is a newly launched dim sum brand with three stores located in the centre of Hong Kong. The modern tea house strives to craft innovative and traditional essence of Canton-style dim sum, with another branch of dinner LUNG CHONG, which serves fresh seafood and seasonal Canton cuisine for family and gathering settings.
We explored the possibility of cultural immersion between visual and content online - Celebrating the East meets West positioning, we aim to deliver a vibrant, eye-catching, yet sophisticated visual impact as its first impression for the Canton-style dim sum shop audience, especially travelers and local exparts. We also developed respective content to share Cantonese food culture, restaurant news, dish knowledge, making of, and seasonal menu launches for the public, supported by other digital functions to encourage online-to-offline activities.
