Lane Crawford has its’ privilege programme that rewards customers to provide the best shopping experience. The higher the membership tier, the more privileges customers can enjoy.

Customer relations are always important in fashion retail. The privilege programme offers different benefits in each membership tier: Privilege, Gold, Platinum, and Beauty+. We designed images to identify each membership tier, delivering a mood, scenario, and luxurious aesthetic to every customer. The wide range of product selection also encouraged resonation with each customer's personal shopping experience. The Images are designed to be used in a mobile app and a desktop web.
