The iconic luxury department store Lane Crawford, globally recognised for its fashion edit, peerless service, visually inspiring environments, and a heritage of innovation since 1850. Lane Crawford launched its digital flagship in 2011, which became an omni-channel fashion retailer in Greater China and continues over the world.
Encouraging engagement with customers, the brand launched a sub-campaign for beauty - The Fragrance Remix, to discover customers’ next go-to fragrance in summer by playing a guided quiz, the lifestyle-favourite leading questions brought gamers to reach various kinds of recommended fragrances. We want to create a visual that remains mysterious yet engaging, to drive the audience to participate.
